Introduction to Spinning
Learn the art of knitting with our hands-on workshops, perfect for beginners and experienced crafters alike.
The workshop will cover: Cast On/Off, Knit/Purl, Stitch Construction, Fixing Basic Mistakes & Reading a Simple Pattern.

Introduction to Knitting
Explore the world of crochet in our fun workshops, where creativity and skill come together beautifully.
The workshop will cover: Chain/Double/Treble stitches, Finishing & Q&A/Close
Duration: 3 hours (9.30 - 12.30)

Includes: Use of all equipment to create your own granny square coaster, practice yarn, workbook & refreshments (Tea/Coffee/Biscuits)

Discover spinning techniques in our workshops, where you can create your own yarn from scratch.
The workshop will cover: Selection and preparation of fleece, Carding your fleece, Hand spinning a single (using either an espinner or manual wheel), Plying Singles & Finishing into a useable yarn.
All equipment will be provided, although if you have your own wheel that you would prefer to use, then please feel free to bring it with you. You will also be given sufficient fleece to spin into a small hank of your own.
Duration: 5.5 hours (10.00-3.30)
Cost: £65pp

If face to face workshops aren't for you, or you want to learn a specific skill (maybe you want to learn to knit cables or crochet a shawl, for example or maybe learn to spin in shorter sessions, over a few weeks), then I can tailor a video call to your needs (booked in 1 hour blocks).
